Zygo® 4″ Retroreflector, P/N 6024-0456-01, S/N 060066 In Zygo wood box.

JenOptic Aperture Converter, 4″ to 6″,  S/N FP 0307. Tested in transmission and as standard expander. Excellent quality and very clean. Email for pictures. It is heavier than the Zygo AC 4″ to 6″ but I checked with Zygo and it does not exceed Zygo phase shifter (PMR) capabiity. $15,000

Zygo Aperture Converter, 4″ to 6″

Received 3 units. Inspection comspleted. One is sold and 2 are available.  These are older and show some exterior wear.  They have been disassembled and optics cleaned. One has a stain on the 6″ output lens.  It does not effect the data on my Zygo low-res system.  We will continue testing on a high-res system. We can configure for horizontal or vertical use.  Email with your need and we can discuss pricing.

NEW Transmission Spheres, 4-inch and 6-inch

These spheres, manufactured by a leading optical company in the USA, are available as Lambda/10, Lambda/20 and Lambda/40. Some have an “extended” reference surface radius. All are in a metal mounting cell, just like a Zygo®, Veeco (Wyko) or ADE-PST transmission sphere. Includes storage box. Delivery is 6 – 8 weeks, possibly better if we are in a build cycle.  Note that we now offer these TSs with a DynaFlect coating.

CaliBall™

If you check spherical surfaces using an interferometer you need a CaliBall™ in your shop. This calibration ball is used to determine the residual error in interferometer test optics. Email for detailed technical papers and procedure. CaliBall2 is $1,695 – includes fixture to hold CaliBall in a Zygo mount. Or, original CaliBall at $1,095.
