Zygo® GPI-XP to Verifire Interferometer, 1200 x 1200 Camera

Digital CAN Verifire upgrade is performed that converts the GPI interferometer from analog electronics to CAN-based digital electronics. Installed are new digital cameras and a new frequency-stabilized laser. The upgrade also includes a new Dell computer running Windows 11 and the latest version of Mx software. Upgrade performed by Zygo service. Zygo warranty – 1 year for the system and 3 years on the Dell computer. Very modern and supportable phase measuring interferometer when completed. Zygo 4-inch GPI-XP with Äpre Instruments HW and SW upgrade. – $49,950

Upgrade consists of new digital measurement camera, all new digital electronics interface, new remote control with optics cleaned and system aligned. Interferometer is supplied with a Win 11 Pro 64bit OS computer and 24’’ monitor. Apre’s Reveal Basic acquisition and analysis software pre-installed. The Reveal Basic software package for Form and Radius Measurements includes both Dynamic Spatial/Fringe Carrier and Vibration Tolerant Phase-shifting Acquisition Modes.

Dell computer with WinXP. Tested and working. Includes some (key) spare parts. Very clean system.

Zygo® 4-inch MK GPI XPS operating at 1064NM – S/N 99-44-65736

Mainframe only.  Align channel/camera good, zoom good, aperture focus good. Diffuser disk spinning. Bad news – we powered up the system and laser is not working.  Easy to install new laser via fold-mirrors already in place.  The mainframe is now available for your project.  Price now is $1,500 as-is. No computer or software. This is a fringes on a video monitor interferometer. It has a 4x zoom, aperture focus, and alignment mode. Can be upgrdaed with a phase analysis package. It does have a phase-shifter attached. Includes new laser, installed and aligned. Fully tested and guaranteed in working order.
