Zygo® GPI-XP to Verifire Interferometer, 1200 x 1200 Camera

Digital CAN Verifire upgrade is performed that converts the GPI interferometer from analog electronics to CAN-based digital electronics. Installed are new digital cameras and new frequency-stabilized laser. The upgrade also includes a new Dell computer running Windows 11 and the latest version of Mx software. Upgrade performed by Zygo service. Zygo warranty – 1 year for the system and 3 years on the Dell computer. Very modern and supportable phase measuring interferometer when completed. No computer or software. This is a fringes on a video monitor interferometer. It has a 4x zoom, aperture focus, and alignment mode. Can be upgrdaed with a phase analysis package. It does have a phase-shifter attached. Includes new laser, installed and aligned. Fully tested and guaranteed in working order.

This is a fringes on a video monitor interferometer. Fixed 3x zoom. No aperture focus, but it does have an alignment mode. Low cost way to get fringes.

This is a fringes on a video monitor interferometer. Has 6x zoom, aperture focus, and alignment mode. Includes new Tower Optical TF.

Point Diffraction Interferometer (PDI) plates manufactured in Germany – 2nd generation – $100

With these plates it’s very easy to build a point diffraction interferometer, for example for testing a telescope mirror. You only need a cheap red laser diode (without collimating lens), the PDI plate, a 3-axis stage, and a camera.
